Your Schedule

Every day you must do  your stuff in the following order. Always customers get the #1 priority. People, who has orders in the system.


  1. log into Comnica, because that system checks your working hours
  2. open Woo and check that how many orders we have
  3. log in to Helpscout and answer the customer emails
  4. check the Facebook messages and answer to them
  5. call back people who called us why we were not working
  6. when you have answerd all the customer issues and everything is clear, then make the orders into ready to ship status
  7. start the outgoin call process as it is written in other module
  8. while you are doing the outgoing calls, always give priority to the incoming orders, emals, facebook messages and calls
