Why do we use Comnica?
At Comnica we make the phone calls to our customers. And we can see here the incoming calls too. It is mandatory to be the first thing in the morning to log in here, and when you are done with the job to log out. Here we can see how many hours you have worked a day.
In this system you can give statuses as well. Like have a new status when you answer emails, or comments. This statuses gives you a break from answering calls. But when you are done with it you must change back your status to getting calls.
